4 Days/3 nights Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire

On this 4 days safari, you will visit both Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. The crater, a true wonder of the natural world, famous for its sunken caldera formed over a million years ago. It is inhabited in harmony by indigenous Maasai, their livestock as well as a startling variety of plant, animal and birdlife species. Tarangire Park, on the other hand the main refuge for wildlife from the surrounding part of the Great Rift Valley during the dry season Accommodation is at Sopa Lodges.

Departures: Daily, minimum 2 persons.

Day 1. Arusha/Ngorongoro
Lunch at Impala Hotel Arusha then proceed to Ngorongoro crater rim. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.

Day 2. Ngorongoro
Taking picnic lunch with you, descend into the crater floor for a full day tour. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3. Tarangire Nat. Park
After breakfast depart for Tarangire, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge.
Day 4. Arusha/Out
Drive back to Arusha after breakfast with game drive en route. Lunch at Impala Hotel.

Prices:
Peak season (February, July, August & October)- $280 USD per person per day
High season (January, March, June, September, November & December)- $350 USD per person per day
Low season (April & May)- $180 USD per person per day

2. Low Season: 01 April - 30 June 2003

Prices include:
- Transportation in a custom safari vehicle (minibus or 4 x 4 landrover/landcruiser)
- Services of a trained experienced English speaking driver/guide
- Fullboard accommodation in the lodge based on double/twin sharing
- All park entry fees

Not included:
- International air transportation to and from Nairobi
- Expenses of personal nature such as visa, travel/baggage insurance, laundry, beverages, tips etc.
